Saving On-Line Video
Sun Oct-04-09 11:00 AM

So, you see a little video, and you want to be able to continue to view it.

You want to save it, but it's streamed. You know, like YouTube stuff.

Try this tight on-line service: KeepVid

You just paste the URL to the video, in the Upper Address bar at KeepVid.

It packages the video into a download for you, and depending on the host web page, you may get a selection of resolution depth to choose from.

Yep. Free.

Another place, that I use for You Tubes..............

They are often overloaded, to where it claims "You Tube Down?", but they aren't. But these guys also have a download to place an ap on your rig that will use your system to do the converting. You'll just be linking to You Tube yourself, rather through their servers.
Scanned safe when I got it, but haven't tried the app lately.
